It is always hard to get started in a new business, as there are new skills that need to be learned and experience that needs to be gained. I am hoping to become a mortgage broker since I love the idea of helping people to get homes for themselves. However, I don’t know anything about mortgage broker marketing and I am worried that I won’t be able to lure in any clients if I go out on my own. I am going to try to get a job with a firm so it won’t be quite so hard to get started.

When my sister graduated from college, she had no idea what to do or where to go. She didn’t have any jobs lined up, and only had 6 months time before she would start getting bills in the mail to pay back all of her college loans. She is just now starting to wish that the school she went to had a class on debt advice, because a lot of students are in the same boat. Her only option right now is to move back home and just find a job and start saving money. It’s the best thing she can do.

I have been doing a lot of hunting and a lot of camping lately. A few guys and I plan weekends at least once or twice a month to really rough it and get away from everything. I have been looking for heavy duty tent tarps for us. We all have decent tents, but all of the camping and the inclement weather has been taking a toll on them. I have seen a few in stores, but they were pretty light weight. We do want to pack it in because of some bad weather, or a rip in our tent, so we need something more heavy duty.
