    Bulk Up first

    Training too frequently is usually the # 1 mistake a skinny guy will make when approaching a workout program.  The body will not repond to muscle stimulation if you dont give it enough rest in between your workouts.  Inbetween these workouts you should be consuming as many calories as possible in order to gain mass and bulk up.  Dont worry about building lean muscle, you need to fill out first with mass gains.  Bulk up and weight trainn at the same time and you will gain size and muscle. After that you can begin to cut and get the definition you are looking for.
