The Cause of Diabetic Foot

The foot of the individual with diabetes which is th diabetic foot is at greater risk of complications. The cause of this is due to the high blood sugars and the fact that blood goes everywhere means that every organ system and every body parts are being affected. Yet the foot is a weightbearing part of the body, it is frequently affected by trauma, even as mild as a shoe pressing on an area of the foot. Because of the said damage to the nerves, one cannot feel any sensation so they continue walking or wearing shoes on the damaged area without thinking over it that it worsen.
