    Insurance Companies Shouldn’t Be Fighting a Florida Insurance Claim

    After two years of fighting a Florida insurance claim with my carrier, I decided to hire a lawyer to assist me in getting this resolved. We ended up having to take the matter to court and my lawyer stood up for me better than I ever imagined. Not only did I get the money for repairs, but he also got me an additional settlement for the time lost fighting this claim. I never dreamed I would get the extra money, but I am glad I did now. Insurance companies need to learn that when somebody pays the premiums on time, claims made to be paid in a timely manner also.
