Saving Big On Energy Bill

We had solar panels put in our home to save on our energy bill. While the installers were there, I asked him if he could suggest other ways of saving. He told me several things that I could do, along with getting a tankless hot water heater. I told him that my husband and I travel a lot and are hardly ever home, he asked why we would want to heat water when we are not there. This made a lot of sense, we decided to have one installed and now we are saving a lot more on our energy bill.
