My Employer Did Not Offer Health Insurance

I had a good job offer from a small and local company last month. I was thrilled to be offered a job after so many months sort of left out in the cold when it came to getting enough money to live on each month. I knew this was a good job with a long term future if I was able to do the work well. I knew also that they did not offer health insurance and that was a bit of a concern for me. That is a pretty important thing to have, and I need to be sure that I get a good policy.
