My Friend Barbara Hired an Accident Attorney to Make the City Pool Admit Blame When Her Son Got Violently Sick When Swimming

One day my friend Barbara took her three kids to the city pool to go swimming with the other children that lived around the immediate area. The four on them usually enjoy going on these outings, but today would be different. Her youngest child became violently ill and had to be rushed to the hospital. The doctor asked if they were swimming in a public pool and we said yes. He said the bacteria in the pool likely caused him to be so ill. She called the city pool and told them what happened. They said everyone swims at their own risk, and they assume no liability for any accidents. Barbara called an Accident Attorney to make them pay attention to her claims. It wasn’t the money she was after, but wanted to make them aware so another kid would now get sick like mind did.
