Its a well known fact that most consumer do not know their rights. Be it the simplest or the hardest, they altogether have no idea what is expected of them. The marketers and salesmen take full advantage of this fact as people generally are lazy in finding out what they are entitled to. Am sure you are furiously shaking your head and saying you know all their is to know. But let me ask you if you know consumer rights on credit cards. If you do, then you are one of the few. The others get the cards, use them to the maximum and when its all said and done, they are in huge debts and they cannot understand what exactly hit them. That happens to be human nature.
