The reason my sister called me on the phone

My sister is putting together an awards banquet for the company she works for. I learned about this the other day when she called me up to see if I would be willing to do the catering. I told her that I probably could; however I told her that we needed to get together to get more of an idea of what she required. She told me she had already had two different Los Angeles photographers coming to record the events. She had also hired a good magician to provide some of the entertainment. We talked for awhile longer and then she got off the phone.
