Too Rich For My Blood

My boyfriend’s birthday is coming up soon and I still have no idea what I’m going to get him. He told me this morning that he’d like ot have a pair of galvin green waterproof trousers, but I know that I can’t afford them. They’re supposed to be really high quality and I’m just a lowly waitress. I can’t afford to buy him the high name brands like that. Why couldn’t he tell me that he wanted some new cologne or a special book or something. I don’t know what I’m going to do. Maybe, I’ll just get him a set of golf balls and a subscription to a golfer magazine instead.
