A Giant Leap in Answering Systems Technology

I am sure that there are many others uses for the ivr speech recognition software. But I see the current use of answering services as a giant leap for this industry. The old system of having to get through the endless amount of options was so tiring. I could not even tell you how many times that I gave up on a call simply because the options that they offered me just seemed to go on and on. So when I heard about the new ivr system I was blown away and knew that this was going to change that industry.
